PLEASE NOTE: .eu SUPPORT IS NOW CONDUCTED AT .COM

In order to provide a better service to you, ForumUp has merged this .eu Support site with the .Com 'sister' site.

You will gain access to a more in-depth collection of Forum resources. A larger pool of Support Staff ensures you can draw from a broader range of experience. It also ensures 'around the clock' response from Staff located all over the globe.

You will need to register on the .Com site to ask questions. CLICK HERE to go to Staff.ForumUp.Com.

You remain most welcome to create your own Forum here on .eu. That will not change. It is only this support forum that has moved.

Help to get a new activation email

First, check your spam/junk/bulk folders of your email program for the first activation email. The mail from ForumUp often gets put in the spam/junk or bulk folders of email programs. If you don't see the activation email after waiting a full 24 hours, do the following.

This special tool will only work on accounts NEVER activated. Put the url of the forum you need an activation email from in the first part, then keep the second part the same.

For example, for getting an activation email for the support forum on ForumUp.dk, it would be this:

Code:
http://staff.forumup.dk/furesendfirstemail.php

If your forum is
Code:
http://myprettyforum.forumup.com
, you would do this:

Code:
http://myprettyforumforumup.com/furesendfirstemail.php

On the page that shows up, put in your user name and a new email address. Then be sure to check the spam/junk folders for the new activation email. NOTE: You will get a new password to use in the second activation email, so you have to use that new passord, not the one you originally selected. You can change your password after you activate you account and log in.
